WHAT TO EXPECT AT THE FLYING J RANCH
The Flying J Ranch is a celebration of the history and traditions of the Great American West. Expect an evening full of fun experiences from the days of cowboys and cattle trails. The Ranch is a family-friendly environment with humorous and musical entertainment that is appropriate for all ages.
After you arrive explore the dozen attractions and exhibits at the Ranch and the stores of Bonita City. As supper time approaches children can be a part of the Sheriff’s Deputy Training School. Then gather on main street (well, the only street) in Bonita City for the the “World Famous” Bonita City Gunfight.
Immediately following the gunfight, head into the Old Barn Opera House for your chuckwagon supper. If you go home hungry, it’s yer own fault. There are always extra helpings. After supper, enjoy the harmonies and humor of the Flying J Wranglers as they sing and play the music of the West. After the show, come meet the Wranglers, buy one (or more) of their CDs and pick up a souvenir at the shops. Safe travels, y’all!

What To Wear
Dressing in casual, comfortable and, of course, western clothes is always great. Evenings in the mountains can be cool, even in the summer, so it’s a good idea to have a light jacket on hand.
What To Bring
Cameras, appetites, friends, family, and employees. Guests enjoy the dinner and the show from traditional picnic tables. Some regulars even bring along a cushion or blanket!
Our grandson Cy always brings his quickdraw skills for the Pistol Range! Bandits beware!
