The Flying J Ranch “Camp Cookie” position is a once-in-a-lifetime kitchen management employment training opportunity. Our kitchen is a fast-paced and positive environment to work in. “Cookie” will develop skills to oversee the Flying J Ranch kitchen operation, including food preparation and planning, ensuring food safety practices, and food/supply ordering among other responsibilities. Nightly, “Cookie” will prepare a cowboy themed BBQ supper for anywhere between 100 and 500 guests.
